What a weekend. HIP HOP HOWL got rained out midway through on Saturday, big thank you to all the artists who came out-we’re working on a rain date for the “A-NY MINUTE” day show Sat Sept 20th 2-4pm at the 1st Street block party on 1st street and 1st ave next to East Village Radio. Details to come! We do still have the HIP HOP HOWL! MIXTAPE RELEASE PARTY! This Tuesday Sept 9th @ Club Element(225 East Houston) 8PM-2AM- J-Zone and J.J Brown Spinning, with an amazing line-up of performers:

A-OK Fam backstage, NOLA DARLING and HOMEBOY SANDMAN didn’t get to rock because of the rain-but they will be at the rain date and or Tuesday night!

The Hip Hop Howl Presenters! (CROSBY and MIZ METRO) it was a hell of a lot of work, regardless of rain it is an amazing feeling to have brought together NY’s hottest most hard working rising stars on two bills, and one phat Mixtape!

Day Two ( I was sporting the Metrocard Dress lent to me by H2-O Boutique on 7th street btwn 1st and 2nd ave)oh…and I ran into a disgruntled MTA Worker backstage…( he was performing with HOWL! and Boots)
