I was very impressed with the way that the Krystal uses her words to make the listner feel very comfortable. It was almost as if I were at a spoken word concert. I also felt very relaxed because of this. It was as if I was going on a relaxation ride and Krystal was the captain.

This CD is a gift from God! It is highly recommended for young and old. We have found playing the CD for our customers at Juice-C-Juice in Smiley’s Books makes them browse a little longer The meditation techniques are extremely effective and especially beneficial for those suffering from respiratory ailments. Only if I could have gotten this to my grandmother years ago! Thank you Krystal Walden for sharing this with us. We look forward to the yoga book too! keep pushing!

If you are looking for a CD that teaches you techniques to connect to your breath; and then, through breath, teaches you to connect to relaxation, healing your body, growing your passions, then, I highly recommend this CD. I have the privilege to actually know Krystal as she is my yoga instructor, and her relaxing voice and passionate, detailed-oriented teaching style always helps me improve my practice of yoga meditation. Krystal’s CD has improved my yoga practice by teaching me how to engage my core (suck in the stomach), while also be conscious of the present through following the breath. Highly recommended if you want to “deepen your breath” (increase your prana), or if you are asthmatic.

My husband actually got this “Breathe Deeper” CD as a gift for me on the website and it has changed my life. I currently suffer with asthma and this CD has really taught me how to breath properly in ways that increases my oxygen intake. My favorite track is “Visualize” because it’s a guided escape to the beach, my favorite place to be. I HIGHLY recommend this CD for those who suffer with asthma and stress.
