Howdy! Monday came so quickly this week! Summer is flying by! My True Blood addiction let’s me know how fast, because all I do is wait for Sunday nights and then bam! another week has gone by! I am very excited for this event I organized called “THE LAB” (presented and hosted by the LAB 24/7 space) it’s going to be a show where artists on the bill can experiment and do new work that they haven’t necessarily shown before. The food is going to be off the hook! Zeps “The Adobo King” will be manning the grill, FELECIACRUZ will be cooking up a storm, % of all profits go towards FIGHTING FOR FUTURES! Visual Projections, Live painting and a few surprises! AND IT’S ONLY A $3.00 COVER!! Cheap drinks, great music, a backyard to chill in, what more do you want on a summer night?

I will leave you with a cool video of one of my friends Greg Pattillo aka “The Beatboxing Flute Player” this video has millions of views on Youtube and mad him famous. He’s performed on all the late night shows,including being a guest on The Lily Allen Show-and is a very in demand. I am going to reach out to him and see if he can come grace “THE LAB” show on Friday, would be great to link up some M.C’s with him live. Good chance he’ll come if he’s free- so don’t sleep on “THE LAB” this show is going to be crazy! This Friday August 14th!

And last but not least if you are in New York City tomorrow evening Jonathan Shaw will be reading from his disturbingly well written haunting book “NARCISA”which was edited by my rock star cousin Alessandra. I’m not just saying this because she’s my cousin, the book is really good an addictive captivating read. Where one’s own repressions cannot be ignored.
