The Howl Festival NY started a Hip Hop portion and guess what– Hip Hop Howl has proven that fans want more Hip Hop and more Urban- Produced and curated by Crosby and Miz Metro
We saw an edition of Hip Hop Howl at SXSW – The Takeover– back to back tracks/artists flowing 1-2 tracks mixtape style and the mixtape was offered as a free download on several sites and premiered on Imeem which had over 1/4mill views… Was sick- the show started promptly around 9PM and ended at midnight- over 22 acts- went down smooth without a hitch….We had the dopest stage manager- F.C Globeblogger- Felecia Cruz so you knew it was going flawless!
So here we are- Hip Hop Howl during the 3 days, 2 stages- Tompkins Square Park….Sept 5th..Saturday….Main Stage….FREE 5PM-7PM….. 25+ acts performing and on the decks- DJ Vinyl Richie
