Paris was filled with so many amazing things for our Israeli crew that I needed to have a Paris blog pt.2. What a trip!
First, here is a video clip from the insane show you missed if you were not in Paris at Le Reservoir last Monday to see Onili perform:

Did you see that shirt she is wearing? It is a PILPELED original and also happens to belong to me.

…Unfortunately, I didn’t get it back because there was a crazed Onili fan in Paris who decided he was also in love with the shirt. Onili begged him not to take it, but then PILPELED promised he would make me another one and let him have it! Note to self: do not lend your favorite tees to rockstars, fans will want to steal them!
But really the night was truly amazing and we all had so much fun with the Parisian crowd. But speaking of PILPELED, while we were in France we also spotted his popularity on this French blog
By the way, if you happen to be in Paris…you might find traces of Onili and PILPELED everywhere…

Onili and PILPELED

I was lucky enough to see a few other amazing concerts. The second was French singer and good friend, Mani Hoffman, who opened for Beat Assailant. What a show! As you read in my previous post about him, his album hasn’t even officially dropped yet and he is becoming one of the biggest things in France.
Here is a preview video for his new album, which if you ask me does not even do Mani enough justice for what this guy can do!

Onili and I also were lucky to hit up the Modeselektor show with our friends from French electro group, TTC. Here’s a picture of TTC’s Tido Berman and me in an afro contest:

…as you can see, I think I won.
Now back in Tel Aviv where its still 95 degrees (about 35-37 degrees celsius) and there is no need for a jacket of any kind. Back here the Soulico album is making its way to almost every music blog worldwide, MC Karolina’s album will be dropping soon, and the amazing new artists that I still have yet to tell you about!
One thing you need to know about that is coming up is the ILAND Project on November 5 at THE BLOCK. This night is a special collaboration between German DJ Erobique from Hamburg and Onili! The party will also feature musical performances by Terry Poison, Nadav Ravid, and Axum! THIS IS A DO-NOT-MISS NIGHT!!!!
You can find more info on the event HERE!
see you next week for more JUICE!
