Finally back in Cambodia and couldn’t be happier. Long boat and bus rides, endless waiting, and scammers, tends to make things a little stressful. However, when handled with care, these can be the best parts of the trip, especially when you realize you won. Winning, actually means you pay the correct fees, smile alot, embrace the wait, and sleep as much as possible. I have had the pleasure of meeting a very talented artist from Long Beach, California working with Tiny Toones here in Cambodia.Jumake can not only jar your entire brain with her lyrics, but has a powerful stand in the fight for women and the unfair treatment of anyone, anywhere.. Shortly after meeting, it was obvious we highly agreed on alot of things. One being the controversy surrounding what skin color is ACTUALLY beautiful. Nivea a popular skin cream sells skin whiting cream here in Cambodia, In America they sell self tanners and oils to help make to darker. We decided we wanted to tell the story of BOTH IS BEAUTIFUL.                                                                                                                                                                        Upcoming Projects to look out for include: Building boys and girls bathrooms with shower for Krang Themy Village school, Spills vs feleciacruz Efficacy web series for Fiona Bloom, Short Documentary on Tiny Toones of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Photo therepy class at Global arts center. Campaign to help a local Ngo sell handmade Khmer scarfs to help benefit the villagers who make them.
