I caught up with Onili
Finally- after skyping, emailing and hearing their name ever since my trip to Israel in May- Onili debuts in NY! The trip to SXSW was a big success and Philly’s Silk City was buzzing. We met yesterday at the Live at Best Buy instore which was quite amazing. I had no idea the scope of Nili’s innovation/creative musicianship and pro skills on the MPC- no joke! Even cooler when a female triggers all that production- it’s actually very inspiring and exciting to watch. So Onili is made up of Nili and Barak on drums– the two on stage armed with the gear/sounds of a full band with all the instrumentation. Love technology!
Tonight I highly recommend you come to Nublu.
